Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to NMST Tennis Retreats. By booking and participating in our tennis retreats, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your rights and responsibilities when engaging with our services.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.

  • Payment details, including accepted methods, will be provided at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the retreat.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to prior commitments to hotels, tours, and transportation, our cancellation policy is as follows:

4.1 Cancellation by the Participant

  • More than 90 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus processing fees.

  • Between 45 and 90 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund.

  • Less than 45 days before the retreat start date: No refund.

4.2 Cancellation by NMST Tennis Retreats

  • We reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.

  • We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights, visas, or personal travel expenses.

5. Travel & Insurance

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and visas if required.

  • We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and unforeseen events.

6. Health & Safety

  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.

  • NMST Tennis Retreats is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat.

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit for the retreat activities.

7. Conduct & Participation

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow guests.

  • NMST Tennis Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • NMST Tennis Retreats is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to belongings during the retreat.

  • Participants acknowledge that sports activities carry inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.

9. Changes to the Program

  • NMST Tennis Retreats reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, and activities due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any major changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data strictly for booking and customer service purposes.

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties, except as required for retreat organization.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Bulgarian legal procedures.
